New beginners’ courses for kids, youth and adults will start in Helsinki!

HELSINKI (KIDS)

MONDAY (TÖÖLÖ)
Kids beginners’ course 8.1.- 12.3.2018

Kisahallin Koreografisali (Paavo Nurmen kuja 1)
(Age recommendation +5 years)

THURSDAY (TÖÖLÖ)
Kids beginners’ course (every second week 11.1 – 17.5.2018)

Pauligin Huvila (Mechelininkatu 36)
(Age recommendation 3-6 years)

FRIDAY (KATAJANOKKA)

“Capoeira is a Brazilian activity that has features of martial arts, dance and physical gameplay, and develops body-building, motility and mobility. Capoeira is an excellent activity for developing rhythm and is an effective exercise as well it improving acrobatic skills. In addition, in Capoeira one can learn Portuguese language and learn to play different instruments of Capoeira. At a class you can use comfortable clothes and you can practice Capoeira with barefoot or flexible training shoes. Capoeira classes are taught by a skilled Brazilian Mestre Pium Cordão de Ouro Finland with a 25-year trainee experience. Mestre Pium speaks Finnish, English and Portugal.”
